 John Egan of Austin, Texas
Perfect ambassador to the written word

That's how one colleague described me a few years ago. And if there were an embassy for the written word, I'd be working there.

During my career as a writer, editor and all-around communicator, employers and clients have benefited from my way with words. Even in this age of texting and instant messaging, there's no substitute for high-quality writing.

According to a Japanese proverb, “One written word is worth a thousand pieces of gold.” If you want someone on your team who can spin gold out of words, then you should hire me as a writer or editor. Period.
